Rise & Shine Kindergarten™ Carlton exceeds national standards

Rise & Shine Kindergarten™ Carlton has been rated as Exceeding National Quality Standard under the National Quality Framework.

The National Quality Standard (NQS) sets a national benchmark for the quality of children’s education and care services across Australia.

Services are assessed against the NQS by the state or territory regulatory authority and receive a rating for each of the seven quality areas of the NQS, as well as an overall rating.

The National Quality Framework (NQF) for early childhood education and care was agreed by all Australian governments to improve education and development outcomes for children using education and care services.

Implementation of the NQF is guided by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).

To find out more information about the NQF and service ratings, visit the ACECQA website or ACECQA’s family-focused website, Starting Blocks.

Soccer De Brazil at Rise & Shine Kindergarten™ Centres

Rise and Shine Kindergarten™ are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Soccer De Brazil to bring an exciting new inclusion to our FIT element in our Shine Advantage™ Curriculum.

Soccer de Brazil’s Minis program motto is ‘Where the fun begins’ and their methodology is to provide a fun & natural learning process, shaping children into champions in life. They focus on real functional football development while building smiles, forming friendships, teaching social skills and creating memories which aligns with the Rise & Shine™ Education approach.

It is a great honour to collaborate with Soccer De Brazil and to have their support to further embed Sports into our curriculum.

The new soccer program will be offered twice weekly to preschoolers at all our NSW Centres at no additional cost to families.
